Counselling plays a crucial role in enhancing mental health and overall well-being by providing a supportive environment for adults to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Through various therapeutic techniques, clients will identify and reframe negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. This alleviates symptoms of mental health distress such as anxiety and depression and fosters personal growth by promoting self-awareness and resilience.

While REAL RESOLUTIONS does not provide Couple Counselling, per se, couples are welcome to attend to enhance their relationship through:

  • Exploring the patterns that drive a breakdown in communication and/or trigger arguments or fights
  • Understanding what each other needs, in relation to conflict reduction
  • Developing a range of conflict management skills equipping you to resolve disputes in a timely and healthy manner
  • Learning more effective ways to communicate
  • Ensuring each are being heard in the way the message was intended
